Breakfast:  Whole grain brown rice cakes with cream cheese and fresh oranges.

Lunch: English muffin cheese pizzas, fresh banana and cooked green beans.

Afternoon Snack: Whole grain Goldfish crackers with sliced mild cheddar cheese
