Breakfast: Whole grain Corn Chex cereal with fresh oranges.

Lunch: Whole grain brown rice with shredded pork, fresh watermelon slices and cooked sweet potatoes.

Afternoon Snack: Whole grain wheat round crackers with peanut butter
