Breakfast: Whole grain Corn Chex cereal and fresh bananas.

Lunch: Whole grain brown rice with chicken, fresh watermelon and cooked peas and carrots

Afternoon Snack: Whole grain Triscuits crackers with peanut butter.

Wee Sprout:  Cucumbers.
