Happy Friday!
Our hands were busy today! The building rug was full as usual. Children created all sorts of things with their two favorite building materials: magnatiles and trio blocks.
The circle table was full of children exploring various types of puzzles.
Evie and Daniel each asked to do the pattern blocks which is a challenging puzzle activity. There are tons of cards to choose from that have different puzzles. The pattern blocks require precision because the blocks need to be placed into the wooden square a specific way. They each were able to complete multiple puzzles!

Daniel and Bo explored the yoga figurines that were placed in the science area. They each chose their favorite pose and tested out their flexibility and balance by doing that pose!

We were ecstatic to be able to go outside for a little bit before lunch. A group of children played, ‘What Time Is It, Mr. Fox?’ before dispersing throughout the yard to dive into other activities.

Breakfast– Brown rice cakes with cream cheese and fresh pineapple.
Lunch– Hummus on whole wheat tortilla, fresh oranges, and fresh cucumber/pepper.
PM snack– Pretzels, fresh pineapple, and block cheese.
Wee Sprout– Fresh cucumber/pepper.
Have a lovely weekend!
