Breakfast– Whole wheat toast with butter and fresh apples.

Lunch– Whole wheat noodles with marinara sauce and shredded cheese, fresh banana/oranges, and fresh snap peas.

PM snack– Whole milk yogurt with fresh apples.

Wee Sprout– Fresh pepper/cucumber.
