Breakfast: Whole grain brown rice cakes with peanut butter and fresh oranges.

Lunch:  Peanut butter on whole grain wheat bread, fresh pears and peas.

Afternoon Snack: Cheese crackers and Mozzarella String cheese.

Wee Sprouts:  Mixed vegetables.
