Breakfast: Whole grain brown rice cakes with peanut butter and banana.

Lunch: Whole grain English muffin with marinara sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese and ham along with cucumbers and pears.

Snack: Whole gran cheese crackers and cheddar cheese cubes.

Wee Sprouts: Cucumbers.
