Good Afternoon and happy Friday!
Today we engaged in a multi-learning activity that was so much for us!
Math, Science, sensory, hand-eye coordination and color recognition were all apart of making playdoh from scratch!
We were all apart in measuring, pouring and stirring the soft dough. We all chose different colors of food coloring for our playdoh color to be, so we added them all in the mixture to see what color we would get. We were hoping for rainbow… but that didn’t quite happen, we got a grey color instead. Teachers decided to add more blue to the mixture for a more fun and vibrant color. The kids were VERY happy with the finished product!
Breakfast: Whole wheat butter toast with cinnamon and banana.
Lunch: Whole wheat bread with turkey lunchmeat, cooked carrots and apples.
Snack: Pretzels and Cheddar cheese cubes.
Wee Sprouts: Tomatoes and snap peas.
Have a fantastic weekend.
Marty
