Nesta thought she would stop by to say how happy she is about all the beautiful snow.

Breakfast: Whole grain Chex cereal and oranges.

Lunch: Whole grain brown rice with shredded beef, cucumbers and apples.

Snack: Whole wheat Triscut crackers and pumpkin seeds.

Wee Sprouts: Peppers.
