Breakfast– Whole grain oatmeal with honey and fresh apples.

Lunch– Farm fresh scrambled eggs with whole wheat tortilla/flatbread, fresh pears/banana, and fresh cucumber/pepper.

PM snack– Blue corn chips with hummus.

Wee Sprout– Fresh peppers/cucumber.
