Breakfast: Whole grain Kix cereal and fresh banana.
Lunch: Turkey and cheese on whole grain flatbread, fresh banana and mixed vegetables.
Afternoon Snack: Whole grain wheat bagels with no nut butter.
Wee Sprouts: Cucumbers.
