Good Afternoon!

Our Wednesday was full of card games, water play, laughter, and budding friendships.

Summer offers up many transitions. New schools. New friends. Friends leaving for a new school. And the inconsistency is even more so given the times we’re in. But one thing is certain. Children are resilient.

“Building resilience in your children does not mean trying to toughen them up. It means working with them through struggles and being a source of loving, unconditional support.”

Breakfast– Whole grain oatmeal with honey and fresh strawberries.

Lunch– Farm fresh scrambled eggs with shredded cheese, whole wheat bread, fresh watermelon, and fresh snap peas/cucumber.

PM snack– Blue corn chips and hummus.

Wee Sprout– Fresh snap peas/cucumber.
