Good Afternoon!
We read, ‘Up, Up, Down’ in K group. After I said the title of the story aloud, Mack said, “Hey! Robert Munsch is the author of that book.”
Once we were done reading, I read four sentences strips and friends told me which event came first. I taped each sentence strip in the correct order and when we finished, Franklin asked, “Can we read both stories from today and yesterday to make one story?”—it ended up being a funny idea!

The rest of our morning was consumed with magnatiles, stories, creations at the art table, and exploration of our new playdough!
Breakfast– Whole Grain Cheerios with fresh strawberries.
Lunch– Brown rice with shredded chicken, fresh oranges/banana, and fresh snap peas/carrots.
PM snack– Sunflower seeds and whole wheat crackers.
Wee Sprout– Fresh snap peas/carrots.
