Breakfast: Whole grain brown rice cakes with cream cheese and fresh pears.
Lunch: Hummus on whole grain wheat flatbread, mixed vegetables and fresh apples.
Afternoon Snack: Pretzels and mild cheddar block cheese.
Wee Sprouts: Orange bell peppers.
