Breakfast:  Whole grain oatmeal with cinnamon and fresh apples.

Lunch: Farm fresh scrambled eggs, whole grain wheat toast with butter, fresh pears and carrots.

Afternoon Snack:  Hummus on whole grain wheat flatbread.

Wee Sprouts:  Snap Peas.
