Happy Monday!

Our Monday was spent welcoming another new friend! Children were quick to show their new peer around the environment.

Housekeeping was busy as children dressed up or played grocery using pretend credit cards!

Mack and Sophia serenaded the classroom as they played the piano.

Being outside brought out our huge smiles and curious hands. With the amount of rain we got over the weekend, there were quite a lot of weeds so children got to work and picked weeds to use in their play!

If your child is in the ‘why’ stage, you’ll appreciate this blog. If not, you have something to look forward to! Almost all children go through the infamous ‘why’ stage; asking why continuously. I really liked what Teacher Tom said: “I understand why overwhelmed adults might find such a seemingly endless game aggravating, but it’s important to know that they aren’t doing it to get on your nerves. Most of the time, it’s a genuine attempt to get closer to the truth as each answer leads to more questions much the way that there is always one more shovelful of sand to remove from a hole.”
