Good Afternoon.

Miss Tami brought us a fish from her pond yesterday. We allowed him to get acclimated to his new water temperature, and then we set him free to explore the water and his new environment.

Friends are so excited to have another fishy to look at. Since we only have one we decided to name him. We were given the names, “Glub, Glub and Hey Diddle Diddle as two choices. (Haha) but we decided on Orangy! While both of the other names were adorable, we felt Orangy was more suitable for our new classroom friend. Make sure you say “Hi” to him.  

We engaged in a painting sensory activity today. A dot style paint brush was offered along with the colors purple, pink and blue to paint with. Glitter was added to the paint to make our pictures sparkly! Your child’s masterpiece is in their art slot for you take home.

Breakfast: Leftover Oatmeal with cinnamon and banana.

Lunch: Whole grin brown rice with butter and shredded chicken, sweet potatoes and apples.

Snack: Whole wheat crackers with Sunflower seeds.
