Breakfast:  Whole grain brown rice cakes with peanut butter and fresh banana.

Lunch:  Hummus on whole grain wheat flatbread, fresh pears and mixed vegetables.

Afternoon Snack:  Whole grain wheat Ritz crackers and mozzarella cheese stick.

Wee Sprouts:  Cucumbers.
