Happy Wednesday!

Right after breakfast and before heading outside, several children camped out at the circle table to explore Lego’s! New cars and trucks were added to the equation which made children even more excited (they LOVE Lego’s!).

We set up a few spaces outside where children could cool off in the shade. There was a big white sheet that Wee Wee had set out but our kids took advantage of the space right away. They snuggled up with a book and enjoyed the shade.

The art table was also open which allowed children to draw while benefiting from the shade that our tree offers! Maggie snuggled up with her sister as she drew a picture. Every child who sat at the table was quite productive, taking their time with their drawings.

And of course, making sure that children were offered frequent trips to the water fountain!

Breakfast– Whole grain oatmeal with cinnamon and fresh oranges.

Lunch– Farm fresh egg sandwiches on whole wheat flatbread, fresh pineapple, and fresh pepper/carrots.

PM snack– Air popped popcorn with butter and raisins.

Wee Sprout– Fresh pepper/carrots.
