Breakfast:  Kix cereal with fresh oranges.

Lunch:  Whole grain brown rice with shredded turkey, cucumbers and fresh pears.

Afternoon Snack:  Sunflower seeds and Triscuits/Wheat Thin crackers.

Wee Sprouts:  Cucumbers.
