Breakfast:  Whole grain wheat bread toast with butter or cream cheese (child’s choice), and fresh pears.

Lunch:  Whole grain wheat pasta with shredded cheddar cheese, fresh strawberries and cucumbers.

Afternoon Snack:  Whole milk yogurt and fresh pears.

Wee Sprouts:  Cucumbers.
