Breakfast:  Whole grain brown rice cakes with peanut butter and bananas.

Lunch:  Ham and cream cheese roll-ups, whole grain wheat bread, pears and mixed vegetables.

Afternoon Snack:  Goldfish crackers and Colby-Jack block cheese slices.

Wee Sprouts:  Tomatoes.
