Breakfast:  Whole grain brown rice cakes with peanut butter and fresh apples.

Lunch:  Ham lunchmeat, whole grain wheat tortilla, fresh cucumbers/tomatoes and banana/pears.

Afternoon Snack:  Pretzels and Colby-Monterey Jack cheese block cheese slices.

Wee Sprouts:  Cucumbers.
