Breakfast:  Whole grain brown rice cakes with peanut butter and fresh oranges.

Lunch:  Ham lunchmeat and cream cheese roll-ups, whole grain wheat bread, fresh pineapple/cantaloupe and cucumbers.

Afternoon Snack:  Goldfish crackers and mild cheddar block cheese slices.
