Breakfast:  Whole grain Cheerios and fresh apples.

Lunch:  Refried beans and shredded cheese on whole grain wheat flatbread, fresh cucumbers and apples.

Afternoon Snack:  Whole grain wheat bagels with cream cheese and fresh oranges.
