Breakfast:  Whole grain brown rice cakes with cream cheese/peanut butter (kid’s choice) and fresh pears.

Lunch:  Hummus on whole grain wheat tortilla, bananas and red bell peppers.

Afternoon Snack:  Pretzels and mozzarella cheese stick.
