Breakfast:  Whole grain Cheerios and apple slices.

Lunch:  Peanut butter on whole grain wheat bread, cantaloupe, sweet potatoes and 1/2  mozzarella cheese stick.

Afternoon Snack:  Whole grain wheat bagel with butter and cinnamon’/sugar mixture and cucumbers.

Wee Sprouts:  Red bell peppers.
