Breakfast:  Whole grain brown rice cakes with peanut butter and fresh pear slices.

Lunch:  Turkey lunchmeat and cream cheese roll-ups, whole grain wheat bread, bananas and red bell pepper slices.

Afternoon Snack:  Pretzels, Colby block cheese slices and fresh pear slices.
