Breakfast:  Kix cereal and fresh cantaloupe slices.

Lunch:  Refried beans and shredded Colby-jack cheese on whole grain wheat flatbread, fresh cucumber and pear slices.

Afternoon Snack:  Whole grain wheat cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese and bananas.

Wee Sprout:  Red bell peppers.
