Breakfast:  Whole grain brown rice cakes with cream cheese and banana.

Lunch:  Hummus, whole grain wheat flatbread, fresh pears and cucumber/red bell peppers.

Afternoon Snack:  Whole grain Goldfish crackers and mozzarella cheese stick.
