Breakfast: Whole grain wheat bread toast with butter and cinnamon sugar mixture and fresh oranges.

Lunch: Whole grain wheat pasta with shredded pork, fresh pineapple and cooked broccoli.

Afternoon Snack: Whole milk yogurt with graham crackers.

Wee Sprouts: Green bell peppers.
