Breakfast: Whole grain oatmeal with cinnamon sugar mixture and fresh strawberries.
Lunch: Farm fresh scrambled eggs with shredded mozzarella cheese, whole grain wheat bagel, fresh avocado, fresh cantaloupe and cooked sweet potatoes.
Afternoon Snack: Refried beans and white corn tortilla chips.
Wee Sprout: Cucumbers.
