Breakfast: Whole grain brown rice cakes with cream cheese and fresh pineapple slices.
Lunch: Rotisserie chicken lunch meat, whole grain wheat tortillas, bananas and cooked corn.
Afternoon Snack: Homemade banana muffins with sliced cheddar cheese.
Wee Sprout: Cucumber
