Good afternoon,

This morning, we explored patterns.  In the art center we offered a pattern making stamp activity.  Kids chose different stamps and colors to make patterns on long pieces of paper.  Kids created several types of patterns including AB, AABB and AABBCC.

At the round table, kids explored making patterns with unifix cubes.  They looked through pattern books or created their own.

Breakfast: Whole wheat toast with peanut butter and fresh pears

Lunch: Whole wheat pasta with red beans/beef, fresh pineapple/kiwi/oranges and fresh cucumbers/cherry tomatoes

PM Snack: Whole milk yogurt with gram crackers

Wee Sprouts: Fresh green beans/cherry tomatoes
