WF 10/21/2026

Good afternoon,

At the round table this morning we offered some pattern making activities.  Kids chose to create a variety of patterns using beads or clothes pins.  Patterns they made ranged from simple AB patterns to complex ABBCC patterns.  Younger kids worked on their fine motor skills, beading or opening and closing the clothes pins, another great way to learn.  One friend wanted to count each bead as she put it on her string.  She got up to 30.  We always encourage kids to use materials in ways that follow their interests and developmental stages.

PREK2:  During group, we worked on a pattern activity.  Each friend came to the message board to find their name and complete the pattern next to it.
