Happy Friday!

To start off our Friday, our four friends headed into the kitchen where they worked with coffee filters and markers. Once they were done with each coffee filter, we sprayed water onto the coffee filter and watch the colors melt together! The different colors ran down the coffee filter and blended together. We found this very interesting!

Stories took up most of our morning. Between teachers reading books to children and friends reading to themselves, books were everywhere this morning! Books allow friends to increase their vocabulary. A lot of our friends vocabulary is taking off! Woohoo!

Smiles filled the room.

Once we headed outside, friends scattered to their favorite activity. We love drinking from the water fountain .

For breakfast, children had raisin bran and banana. Lunch consisted of whole grain mac and cheese, oranges, and salad.
