Breakfast:  Whole grain Rice cakes with cream cheese.

Lunch:  Turkey lunchmeat on whole grain wheat bread, fresh yellow peppers and fresh oranges/bananas.

Afternoon Snack:  Goldfish crackers and cheddar block cheese.

Wee Sprouts:  Snap Peas.
