Happy Monday!

This morning to celebrate a friend’s 2nd birthday, we brought out the birthday cake stackers. Together, we stacked and patterned the cakes from 10 to 1.

Then, we went into the kitchen and engaged with play-dough. We had rolling pins, playdough knives and scissors and golf tees that we used with our play-dough. Some friends used the golf tees as candles in a cake while they said, “happy birthday!”

Outside, we cared for baby dolls, rocked on the teeter totters and went down the hill on bikes!

Breakfast: Whole grain wheat bread toast with butter and cinnamon sugar mixture and fresh mandarin orange slices.

Lunch: Whole grain wheat penne pasta with shredded pork, fresh watermelon and cooked carrots.

Afternoon Snack:Whole milk yogurt with fresh blueberries and strawberries (a birthday snack)

Wee Sprout:  Mini cucumbers.
