Breakfast:  Whole grain Cheerios and fresh pineapple.

Lunch:  Whole grain brown rice with black beans, fresh pear and cooked carrots and peas

Afternoon Snack:  Sunflower kernels and whole grain Wheat Thin crackers.

Wee Sprout: Cucumbers.
