Breakfast: Whole grain brown rice cakes with cream cheese and bananas.
Lunch: Rotisserie chicken lunch meat, whole grain wheat bread, fresh watermelon and cooked peas.
Afternoon Snack Pretzel sticks and cheddar block cheese.
Wee Sprout: Yellow bell peppers.
